Over more than three decades, he has led teams and transformed operations across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Today serving as Executive Head Technical and Manufacturing for Nestlé Malaysia and Singapore.
Guided by the timeless African philosophy of Ubuntu “I am because we are” Xolile believes that leadership is not about titles or power, but about people and impact.
